R0152 - Revision to the Consolidated Metering Code of Practice (CoMCoP)

Following the implementation of the Consolidated Metering Code of Practice (CoMCoP) a number of issues have been identified by RECCo, The Code Manager and REC Parties, stating that REC Parties are unable to meet their obligations as currently presented in the CoMCoP. The Code Manager has reviewed these and determined changes are required.

I0197 - Introducing a process to provide updates during fault resolutions

Some customers have had faulty meters for a prolonged period, which impacts billing and settlement, and can prevent customers accessing specific tariffs. Currently the REC only has obligations relating to electricity meter faults, and these do not actually require work to be done to address faults. This issues proposes the introduction a maximum timeframe Fault Resolution deadline to resolve issues around faulty meters.

I0199 - A process for resolution of gas unregistered sites

Issue raised by RECCo at RIG. Healthy discussions have led to a recommendation that RIG refer this to ChIG for further discussion. GTs have reported to RECCo that there are approx 85,000 unregistered sites on the networks with no process for resolution between GTs and Suppliers
