We can also assist you with technical arrangements such as EMAR, REC Performance Assurance and any REC Changes.

Switching Service

Use the Switching Service Management System to get help and support with any technical queries about switching, including data, any of the Switching Arrangements and CSS availability.

Note - Distributor settlement exceptions (e.g. Profile Class mis-matches) should be raised directly with the relevant Energy Supplier, rather than via the CSS.
